Search for a Gallery Item

The search feature on the Gallery screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the item's Title or Tag.

To search for a Gallery item:

1. Select Communities from the top navigation bar, then select Gallery from the side navigation menu. The Gallery screen is displayed.

2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

3. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Gallery Items that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Gallery Item must meet ALL criteria.

4. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Item ID.

5. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

Once you have found the desired item, click it to view the Gallery Item Details pop-up window. From this window you can view or edit the item's properties. See Edit Gallery Item Properties for more information.
